- Just like a regular TAQBIN, pick up can be done all over Japan.
- There are reasonable fixed rate for each box sizes.
- Application, payment and pick up arrangements are completed via Website at times convenient for you.
- Payment methods availability : credit card, convenience store, electronic money, Rakuten net banking, etc.
- Pickup can be done as early as the day after application submission.
*This is a web-only service. Application by phone will be charged JPY1,100（tax included）for administration fee.
*Custom clearance documents will be sent through email after application is submitted. Please print them out and fill the information. If you do not have a printer, we can send them to you. Reach us at 0120-501-370.

Precaution for Ryugaku TAQBIN Service
- ・Complete all the necessary documents and put them all in the carton No. 1. Please keep in mind that if the documents are not provided, we cannot ship the packages overseas.
- ・Please understand that the driver collecting the packages does not check the documents nor provide guidance.
- ・The packages that can be handled are limited to personal belongings of the person who is traveling moving overseas (for a period of up to 6 months from departure, shipment can also be made from family members on behalf of him/her). Items such as gifts and product samples are not eligible for shipment.
- ・You will need to pack the belonging yourself.
- ・Import customs clearance and shipment cannot be carried out unless you have arrived at the destination country.
- ・Delivery is carried out by our local partners . The packages will be handed over at room door, but depends on country and region, there may be cases where it is handed over at the building entrance/ first-floor entrance.
- ・You cannot specify delivery date and time at destination country. Delivery cannot takes place on weekends or holidays.
- ・If import custom duties or taxes, inspection fee occurred, we kindly ask customer to pay on cash payment.
- ・The insurance coverage fee for Tanshin Plan is JPY 200.000 per box. We cannot ship the box if the amount declared exceeded JPY 200.000 per box. There may be cases where we ask customer to handle repair and replacement of lost or destroyed package themselves. We do not provide shipping fee refunds or other compensation in cases of delivery delays.
- ・If there is something that cannot be accepted as moving belongings we will return it by courier. Please note that the costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
- ・To ensure safe air transport, the packages that we receive are inspected for hazardous materials.
- ・Delivery may be delayed should packages are subject to customs inspection.
- ・Please conduct the payment within 7 days after application. Credit card, electronic money, convenience store payment and Rakuten net banking can be used. Be advise that cancellation (refund) is not accepted after packages are picked up.
